CCR Rolled Back to 2007 NAICS Structure
On January 11, 2012, OMB's Office of Federal Procurement Policy directed the Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) systems to rollback from the 2012 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) structure to the 2007 NAICS structure. CCR rolled back to the 2007 NAICS on January 13, 2012. As a CCR registrant, what does this mean for me?
If you created a new CCR record or updated your existing CCR record between January 1 and January 13, 2012 and used one of the new 2012 NAICS codes you will get an e-mail from CCR asking you to go back into CCR to confirm your business information using a 2007 NAICS code. Updating your record will prevent a contracting officer from seeing incorrect size data when they make their small business size determination. If you don't get an e-mail, you don't need to update your record. For CCR support, contact the Federal Service Desk.
